APRN, FNP-C — Aesthetic Medicine Specialist

Baily Bellamy, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine, facial balancing, and advanced lip enhancement. Her approach blends science and artistry which allows her to create natural, confidence-boosting results tailored to each patient.

She is also specialized in treating patients affected by cleft lip and facial trauma affecting the lips. Known for her attention to detail and personalized approach, Baily is dedicated to helping patients look refreshed, feel confident, and achieve results that enhance their natural beauty.

Rannie Mckenzie McCalla, ARN FP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about helping people feel confident, healthy, and comfortable in their own skin. She is excited to focus on peptides, weight management, and aesthetic laser treatments, with an emphasis on personalized care and optimal outcomes.

Her approach is centered around helping each patient reach their individual goals in a safe, thoughtful, and personalized way. She believes wellness and aesthetics go hand in hand and that the best results come from understanding each person as a whole—not simply treating a concern.

Mariah is a licensed aesthetician with several years of experience in the beauty industry. She began her career specializing in microblading, where she discovered her passion for helping women feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. While she no longer offers microblading, her love for empowering women continues to shape her work in aesthetics. After struggling with acne as a teen and young adult, Mariah understands how deeply skin concerns can impact confidence. That personal experience fuels her passion for results-driven skincare and compassionate care. One of Mariah's favorite parts of her work is building genuine relationships with her clients. She values personal connection and believes trust is the foundation of every successful skincare journey. As a wife and mom, family is at the center of her life. Mariah is thrilled to begin this new chapter with GLO and looks forward to supporting women on their path to healthy, radiant skin.
