Renee brings over 25 years of experience as a healthcare sales professional and entrepreneur. As a co-owner of medical laboratories alongside her husband, she has spent her career immersed in science-driven, patient-centered care and aesthetics that enhance natural beauty. Inspired by her own perimenopause and menopause journey, Renee helped create GLO to ensure women feel heard, supported, and confidently radiant at every stage of life.

Merrissa is a trusted insurance broker with over 25 years of experience helping seniors navigate quality healthcare and life insurance. Her personal menopause journey deepened her commitment to supporting women through this stage of life using science-based aesthetics and wellness that cultivate beauty from within. With a strong background in health insurance, Merrissa believes prioritizing your health is the foundation of confidence, longevity, and lasting beauty.
Jessica Ross
DNP - Women's Health Provider
At GLO Aesthetics + Wellness Lounge, compassionate care meets clinical excellence. Jessica brings an extensive background in women's health, combining advanced education with years of hands-on experience to deliver personalized, results-driven care. With a clinical focus on hormone replacement therapy and women's wellness, she is passionate about helping patients restore balance, optimize vitality, and feel confident at every stage of life. Known for her compassionate and attentive bedside manner, she believes healthcare should feel empowering, supportive, and collaborative. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching sports, and attending concerts. She draws from her experience as a former Division I collegiate athlete—bringing the same dedication, discipline, and team-centered mindset into her patient care.

Sierra holds a bachelor's degree in Health Education and works alongside our Nurse Practitioners to help patients successfully implement their personalized wellness and weight loss plans. She specializes in sustainable lifestyle changes, nutrition education, and accountability coaching to help patients achieve lasting results.
Mariah Young
Licensed Aesthetician
Mariah is a licensed aesthetician with several years of experience in the beauty industry. She began her career specializing in microblading, where she discovered her passion for helping women feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. While she no longer offers microblading, her love for empowering women continues to shape her work in aesthetics. After struggling with acne as a teen and young adult, Mariah understands how deeply skin concerns can impact confidence. That personal experience fuels her passion for results-driven skincare and compassionate care. One of Mariah's favorite parts of her work is building genuine relationships with her clients. She values personal connection and believes trust is the foundation of every successful skincare journey. As a wife and mom, family is at the center of her life. Mariah is thrilled to begin this new chapter with GLO and looks forward to supporting women on their path to healthy, radiant skin.
